Why WizeTek staffing

What a technical staffing partner does differently

Staffing has been our core business for five years, and it is the part of WizeTek that runs on technical judgement rather than on volume.

Six things that are true of how we work, each of which you can hold us to. None of them is “quality” or “trust” — every agency claims those and none of them can be checked.

Technical people run the intake

The person scoping your role has worked in it. That is what makes the difference between a shortlist built from your requirement and one built from your job advert.

Screening happens before you see anyone

Experience, technical depth and communication, checked against your specific requirements rather than against a keyword list.

A curated shortlist, not volume

We present a smaller number of relevant candidates rather than forwarding large numbers of resumes. Fewer interviews, and each one worth taking.

Four engagement models

Contract, staff augmentation, contract-to-hire and direct hire. The commercial shape follows the role rather than the other way round.

Coverage across engineering, cloud, data and AI

One partner for a whole stack rather than a different agency for each specialism, and one intake conversation instead of four.

Continuity after the start date

A named account contact stays with the engagement through onboarding and beyond, and owns the replacement guarantee if a placement does not work out.

On speed

Fewer candidates, sooner

We focus on presenting a smaller number of relevant candidates rather than forwarding large volumes of resumes. Moving quickly comes from the network already being screened, not from skipping a step when a role is urgent.

What we will commit to

A shortlist sized to the role rather than to a quota, every candidate on it screened against your requirement, and written reasoning for each one so your hiring manager can decide who is worth an interview slot.

What we will not claim

Candidates within a fixed number of hours. A senior cloud architect and a mid-level QA engineer are not the same search, and a promise that ignores the difference is a promise about volume rather than fit.

Tell us the role, we’ll bring the shortlist

Send us the requirement — the stack, the seniority, the team it joins — and we’ll come back with who we’d put forward and how quickly they can start.
